FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I get my deposit back?
    No. All deposits are non-refundable but you are able to reschedule within a 3-Day period of your original appointment.
  • I booked for the wrong date. What should I do?
    If you have booked for the wrong date or time please contact me immediatelty and I will try to help you as soon as possible. If the mistake goes unnoticed until the last minute, unfortunately you will have to reschedule for the next available date.
  • What if I don't like my style?
    I will try my best to accomadate you and make sure that you leave your appointment satisfied.
  • What If I didn't notice I didn't really like my hair until I made it back home or days after my appointment?
    Unfortunately since I allow all clients to view their hair before leaving, I will assume you will (you should) take a nice look at your hair and point out anything you are not satisfied with before leaving. If you leave your appointment and then notice something, please contact me immideiately.
  • Are kids allowed.
    Unfortunately, No. Kids are not allowed.
  • What if I want to change my style the day of my appointment.
    Service swaps are not allowed due to my timing schedule. If you decide that you want to change the style before your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can ensure that the switch is okay.
  • How long will it take my wig to ship?
    Wig processing takes 2-3 business days. After your order is processed, your wig will be shipped and recieved within 3-5 business days!
  • Can I bring someone with me during my appointment?
    No. No extra guests are allowed besides the guests who are getting serviced.
